About 20 years ago, I moved to the Lake Dalrymple area from Metro Toronto. After a year or so of renovating a small house, I decided to return to my Real Estate career in this area. I cover Orillia, Eastern side of Lake Simcoe and parts Of Kawartha Lakes. I believe that each client is entitled to local knowledge and honesty in all dealings. I am involved in the local community and understand what matters so that I can find you the best fit in your plans for relocation.
Prior to this long career in Real Estate, I was a Loans Manager in a Bank and a Property Manager. I have also owned a few small businesses in tourist areas. The versatility helps me every day to have empathy with my clients and have a keen sense of humor because in business today, you need one! I like to sit and chat to get to know my clients to understand their wants and needs. If I cannot seem to find a good fit with you, I am willing to adjust to your pace, or perhaps refer you to an agent who is better suited to your needs.
